Description

The Bpod mouse behavior box r2 is a behavior chamber for use with Bpod. It is constructed primarily from laser-cut acrylic and 3D printed nylon (SLS printer). It comes outfitted with 3 behavior ports, 3 interface boards and 3 solenoid valves. Version 2 has thicker (4.5mm) acrylic walls for durability, and an all-acrylic base to make cleaning easier. Please note: Clean acrylic panels with mild detergent and water only. Using Ethanol or other solvents could weaken the material. You will need to supply a tray to collect waste.

I am interested in using this box combined with electrophysiological recordings and/or one photon imaging. Has that been done before and if so, Can I get more information on that? Is it the same box or this with some refinements, etc? How is the price? Would there be any chances for making any modifications? Thank you!

Does this device have some sort of sensor that would allow for operand conditioning tasks using nose pokes? If so, would it be possible to set it up where the port that receives the nose poke is not the same as the one that delivers the reward?
