In the HiFiSound2AFC_TrialManager example protocol,

Change lines 52 and 53 to your frequency of choice:
S.GUI.SinWaveFreqLeft = 500; % Frequency of left cue S.GUI.SinWaveFreqRight = 2000; % Frequency of right cue
Change lines 99 and 101 to replace 0.9 with a different attenuation factor for each side on the first trial:
leftSound = GenerateSineWave(sf, S.GUI.SinWaveFreqLeft, S.GUI.SoundDuration)*.9; rightSound = GenerateSineWave(sf, S.GUI.SinWaveFreqRight, S.GUI.SoundDuration)*.9;
Update lines 146 and 148 with attenuation factors for subsequent trials

I didn't express myself clearly before. Now I have two speakers (only one in 2AFC) on the left and right sides of the mouse. Simply put, only one of these two speakers will emit a pure tone, and when the left speaker emits a sound, the mouse selects the left poke as correct, and when the right speaker emits a sound, the mouse selects the right poke as correct. I would like to modify this from the 2AFC.

Hello Lanrena,

To make a stereo sound, create a 2xn vector. The first row is the left channel and the second row is the right channel:
leftAttenuation = 0.5; rightAttenuation = 0.1; [GenerateSineWave(sf, S.GUI.SinWaveFreqLeft, S.GUI.SoundDuration)*leftAttenuation; ... GenerateSineWave(sf, S.GUI.SinWaveFreqLeft, S.GUI.SoundDuration)*rightAttenuation]
