I'm not sure if I should ask this question, but I would like to know what programs are uploaded into the Teensy 4.1 in both the Bpod state machine and the hifi module to achieve their functionality. If this question involves any copyright or other issues, I sincerely apologize for my boldness.

All firmware for Bpod is written in the Arduino language, and is open source. You can find the firmware for each device by following the links here.

I have another question. For HiFi module, I should choose 'Serial', but for State Machine, should I choose 'Dual Serial'? Otherwise, there would be an error.

Yes, that's correct. The state machine is the only one that needs to be 'Dual Serial', or 'Triple Serial' on the r2+
