Hi folks. I set up a Bpod r2 with lickometers and valves on ports 1,2,3. Everything was tested and working properly. Did a bunch of protocol development using emulator mode, plugged the Bpod back into the USB and power supply, and it no longer works. The software recognizes that there is a Bpod device and successfully connects:
Starting Bpod Console v1.75
Bpod State Machine r2 connected on port COM4
but now the Bpod seems to only run in emulator mode. The protocol can be controlled with virtual licks on the GUI, the virtual LEDs light up and valve indicators light up when they should. But real lickometer licks are not detected, real LEDs do not light up, and real valves don't open. Already tried the obvious (unplugging and plugging back in the bpod, restarting MATLAB, rebooting computer, switching to another computer.)
Must be some setting?
