Hi,
The oLED on our Pulse pal has stopped working and doesn't display anything when the pulse pal is plugged in. We haven't used it in a while and nothing has happened to it that would explain it stopping working. The arduino seems to still be drawing power.
Any advice on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Niall
Hi Niall,
The screen part is available here. You'd need to solder a 16-pin male header to the screen. Then, the screen can be swapped out with a phillips head screw driver.
Are you sure the device is working apart from the screen? Drawing power doesn't tell the whole story. Can you control Pulse Pal from MATLAB or Python? You should see the channel LEDs turn on while stimulus playback is running, and the output should be visible on an oscilloscope.
Thanks!
