We have a bunch of Bpods that we ordered in 2023. All of them work great, except one just recently quit out. I was running a protocol through, and on day one it glitched once or twice. On the second day, it would suddenly stop responding whenever I tried to start a protocol. It would then crash MATLAB and I would have to force quit everything. I tried redownloading Bpod on the computer, restarting the computer, etc. I replaced the problem Bpod with a different Bpod to make sure it wasn't an issue with our wires, and it confirmed the issue was with the Bpod itself.
Any thoughts on helping us resolve this issue? It is an older Bpod that gives the notice of older firmware, but all others we bought at the same time work fantastically.
