The USB serial port did not return the requested number of bytes

Hi Josh,
We again often keep getting the following error while running a protocol:

Error using ArCOMObject_Bpod/read Error: The USB serial port did not return the requested number of bytes.

We have been previously getting this error using HW1 of the AnalogInput8ch module. You have sent us a modified version of the AnalogInput8ch_HW1_v006.hex firmware file which solved this issue by increasing the USB data transmission delay by 2x, to give the PC more time for buffer management.

We have since updated to the HW2 version and keep again getting the same error. Can you let us know how to modify the firmware of the HW2 version in a similar way or propose another solution to this issue.
