Synchronize state IDs like on earlier Bpod versions?

Hi,
I've recently upgraded to a Bpod v2. I'm used to sending the state IDs as bytes to my other data stream to synchronize. I struggled to find that functionality on the newer Bpod. Was it retired?

Hello Mo3hre,

That sync scheme was only used in State Machine r0.5.
State Machine r0.7 and newer (including v2) use a simple TTL scheme. Any available digital output channel can be configured as a sync channel from the settings menu. The sync channel can either toggle its logic with each state change, or go high on trial-start and low on trial-end.
