PulsePal2 is dark even after reloading the firmware

Hello,

I have a pulsepal v2, and it seems that after disconnecting and reconnecting it to my computer it doesn't work anymore. The screen is dark, but all the leds are blue. I've tried to reload the firmware, but I can't seem to upload it on the pulsepal COM (but I can on my arduino due COM, which probably means I have all the dependencies correct). I have the right sdfat library, I've tried changing ports, but nothing seems to work. Would you have an idea as to why it doesn't work anymore?

If the firmware on Pulse Pal's internal Arduino Due is corrupted, you won't be able to load new firmware from the visible USB port. Fortunately there is a second USB port on Arduino Due: the "Programming Port". You'll need to remove the Pulse Pal enclosure to access it, and remember to select the "Porgramming Port" in Arduino's "Ports" menu. Loading the firmware via the second port will probably fix the issue. Don't forget to switch the USB back to the native port before testing Pulse Pal with the MATLAB or Python API.
