Hello, I am experiencing the following issue while using the Bpod and would like to request support.
Issue Summary:
The mouse port connected to Port 4 does not respond to nose pokes. Specifically, the light does not turn on, and the valve does not open. However, when I control it via the GUI, both the light and the valve work properly. I have tried swapping cables and mouse ports, but Port 4 still doesn't work. Since the same cables and mouse ports work on other ports, I believe the problem lies with the Bpod state machine.
Previous Symptoms:
At one point, the valve for Port 1 did not work, even when controlled via the GUI, and the LEDs for Ports 1 and 3 also did not turn on. These issues occurred randomly and were inconsistent.
Setup Information:
Bpod State Machine r2.5
Purchase date: 2024-08-19
Port 4 was first used on: 2024-09-13
I noticed the issue when I started using Port 4.
Since the symptoms change randomly, the timing and conditions for the error are not consistent. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on next steps to resolve the issue.
