Correct. Pulse Pal updates its state every 50 microseconds. With each update it reads the trigger lines, and starts stimulation on any linked channels if the trigger condition is satisfied. Starting stimulation takes an additional 50 microsecond cycle, so the total latency to stimulus onset is between 50 and 100 microseconds.
