Hello Josh + all,
Did I just ruin my new PulsePal V2??
I started setting up PulsePal in MATLAB. Upon connecting USB, Arduino Due was detected, and I followed the prompt to download the Arduino Support Package. All good...
But then I blindly continued following prompts to "Configure hardware" as shown below. (I specified board as Due in the drop down): https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpk...dware.html

I clicked Program, after which the window gave the message "Failed- cannot program board."
Then I noticed the PulsePal OLED was no longer displaying anything. Reconnecting did nothing. When I reconnect the USB to any computer, OLED does not display, and the PulsePal is displayed as "Bossa Program Port" in Device Manager, rather than Arduino Due. There is faint blue light from the channel indicators, so some power is being drawn.

Did I overwrite the board by following that Upload Arduino Server prompt? Kicking myself!

Hello Jysl,

At some point Mathworks decided to make using Arduino "easier" and developed software that auto-detects Arduino boards and prompts users to install Mathworks firmware. This may help a small subset of people who want to use Arduino as a cheap NI card, but it is definitely not what you want to do with an instrument built on the Arduino platform!

You'll need to re-load Pulse Pal's firmware following instructions here
Please let me know if you run into any issues.

All the best,
-Josh

Thanks Josh, that took care of it!
