Hi
I am planning to make some modifications to the mouse port. Right now I have cura installed on my computer which is freeware and open source, but I can not get sketchup but just for a 30 days trial.
How can I open the .skp files? or can I get access to the stl files?
Best
Mahyar
Hi Mayhar
The software you want is Sketchup Make. You probably tried Sketchup pro, which requires a paid license after 30 days.
You can download Sketchup Make from here:
http://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-make
Once Sketchup Make is installed, you'll need to install the SketchUp STL plugin:
https://extensions.sketchup.com/en/content/sketchup-stl
For your convenience, I also added the .stl files to the repository:
