Thanks for the bug report - you're correct.
I'll release a fix with the next software update.

For now, in /Bpod_Gen2/Functions/@BpodObject/SetupHardware.m

change line 14 from

obj.HW.Outputs = 'UUUXBBWWWPPPPPPPPVVVVVVVV';

to

obj.HW.Outputs = 'UUUXBBWWWPPPPPPPPVVVVVVVVGGG';
